Thu, April 21, 2005 - 11:12 AMI'm doing a MIG class on Wed's at the Crucible (7pm). I'll come early (6pm?) and be 100% around until 7pm, then may try to break away from MIG every so often to giz.

Actually besides switching up the days we should work on switching up the locales. We could use a few potential meeting places sprinkled around. I can offer the crucible when I can find a room that's not being taught in some night. -

Fri, April 22, 2005 - 8:53 AMI'll go look, but there really aren't any other "rooms" per se. There's the front lobby room, the various new shops under the mezzanine, and the ajoining rooms to the kinetics room. Those however are messy kinds of places without tables or chairs.
Someday when the rooms above the mezzanine are done we will have more rooms to use.
We could always meet out in the open there, but it's hard to hear sometimes...all the students would enjoy seeing our stuff though if we'd like a receptive audience. -

the when - we had been doing 6, but I was thinking 7 would be a better start time. Any dissention? Do we have any potential field trips for this one? Or shall we just stay at Brennan's and drink and gab?
the how big - it's a restaurant so you don't want to distract too too much, but then again it's cafeteria style, and they usually have a game of some sort on, so most of the locals won't notice anyway. I'd say smaller than Liam's washing machine would be a good target :-) -
